Thatcher Hippie Bag

The Thatcher Laced Leather Bag is made to order and can be customized with alternate leather and thread color options. Featuring a classic, simple design, this bag is built for everyday use with durable materials and thoughtful construction.

This is the Large version, measuring approximately 9.5” wide × 7.5” tall × 4.5” deep. It’s crafted from 3–4 oz Black Big Timber chrome-tanned leather, accented with brown Waxy leather from Badalassi Carlo tannery in Tuscany, Italy.

The bag is laced with brown baseball glove laces, and finished with a 3/4” wide strap made from 7–8 oz brown leather, double-riveted to the bag using solid copper, hand-peened rivets for strength and longevity.
