All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy allows us to keep craftsmanship standards high and ensures every order receives the attention and build time it deserves.

If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue related to workmanship, please contact us and we will make it right.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Order Changes / Cancellations

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once a custom item has entered production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Personalization

Personalized items (initials, stamps/embossing) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
