Are your products handmade?
Yes — every piece is handcrafted using premium leather and durable stitching. We make each item one at a time, focusing on quality, function, and long-term durability.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item is made-to-order and handcrafted after purchase. Because of this, production times vary depending on what you order.
What are your current lead times?
Below are our current handmade production lead times (business days) before your order ships:
- Wallets: 7–10 business days
- Holsters: 7–10 business days
- Purses: 10–15 business days
- Lanyards: 3–5 business days
- Trays: 3–5 business days
Please note: Lead times may extend slightly during holidays or peak order volume.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on carrier and location.
Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you ship everything together?
Yes — if your order includes multiple items, we typically ship the order together once everything is complete (made-to-order items take time to build). This helps reduce shipping costs and ensures everything arrives together.
Can I choose leather and thread colors?
Yes! Leather and thread options are listed on each product page. Simply select your preferred options before adding to cart.

Do you offer personalization?
Yes — select items can be personalized with initials and/or stamped/embossed designs (where the product allows it). Personalization is done directly into the leather for a classic, rugged finish.
If you’d like something specific, leave a note at checkout or message us prior to ordering.
I entered the wrong leather/thread selection — can I change it?
If you catch it quickly, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
We strongly recommend double-checking your selections before placing your order.
Can you rush my order or guarantee delivery by a certain date?
If you have a deadline, message us before ordering. We’ll confirm what’s possible based on our current workload and your requested date.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is handcrafted to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us — we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t see my package — what should I do?
This can happen occasionally. We recommend:
- Checking around your home/property, mailbox, or parcel lockers
- Asking neighbors
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
If you still can’t locate it, message us and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.
Do leather items look exactly like the photos?
Leather is a natural material. That means each hide can vary slightly in:
- grain texture
- markings
- color tone/patina
These natural characteristics are normal and part of what makes handmade leather unique.
How do I care for my leather item?
To keep your leather looking its best:
- avoid prolonged water exposure
- do not store in extreme heat
- wipe clean with a soft dry cloth
- condition occasionally with a quality leather conditioner
Over time, your leather will soften and develop a rich patina (like a well-worn baseball glove).
